if you are looking for network visiblity on your workstation to help you can try installing the free version of glasswire firewall- this will allow you to view all the connections, you can also use netstat commands. find the connection that is failing first then work towards why it's failing. what you need to look for is what the game is attempting to connect to and then failing.
